About Us

Creative Learners, LLC was founded in 2014 by Hillary Hanel-Rose. Her dream was to help people learn in ways that work for them, with a focus on creativity and a fun, hands-on approach. Hillary has experience and education in both museum work and teaching and has been a tutor for twelve years. She also serves as a college professor, giving her experience in formal academic essay writing. See details of Hillary's qualifications below.

·          Developed and taught hands-on science programs and outreach activities for various ages and abilities.

Museum Studies Lecturer—   December 2016- Present – Central Michigan University

·          Develop and teach Museum Studies courses.

History Teacher—   September 2015 - 2017 –  New School High, Plymouth, MI

·          Develop social studies curriculum for the brand new high school and teach World History and American History courses. Supervise reading and technology classes.

Science Camp Lead Teacher    Summer 2015 –  New Morning School, Plymouth, MI

·          Planned and taught hands-on science camps for children in grades 2 through 6.

 Enrichment Instructor— 2014-2015 –  Young Engineers, Oakland County, MI
